I’m your guide on this adventure into more joy and happiness.
Drawing on the principles of ACT ( Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Positive Psychology, I've created this mini course to give you steps to follow and tools to use to help you reset your year.
When we begin to get runs on the scoreboard our levels of happiness and satisfaction increase. Achievement is one of the key pillars of living a happy and fulfilled life. There are 4 others as well, but if you have been lacking a 'win' lately, then lean into this mini course to give yourself a boost.
My joy is to help chicks find their happy. What I love most is when they realize it's not as far away and lost as they think it is. It's actually often just down the back of the couch with the missing Lego pieces and muesli bar wrapper.

Do I have time for this?
You are wondering if this is just going to become another thing to put on your to-do list. Yep, I hear you. Let's be honest, it is going to be just another thing on a never ending list if you let it. Creating space to soak this up and implement it is going to push a few things to the side. But it's happening over a short timeframe and doesn't drag on forever.
